The 20th Annual Capital Swing Dancers' Presidents' Day Convention runs from Thursday, February 16th through Sunday, February 19th. Here is an overview:
- 16 different competitions (Jack & Jills, Strictly Swings as well as Classic, Showcase, Juniors and Sophisticated Swing routines)
- NASDE member event with top champions
- WSDC Registry event, YASDA event, AANCE Qualifier, Golden Ticket Tour
- FREE FOOD - This event offers an amazing midnight breakfast buffet, fabulous dinner buffet and fun dessert bar and has the BEST Hospitality Suite available all weekend to our guests.
- Top WCS DJs providing hours and hours of social dancing
- Over 4200 square feet of premium American Portable Dance floor
- Every workshop is just $5 for everyone (whether a weekend pass holder or not) taught by top WCS professionals from across the U.S.
- Two of the event's dances (the Thursday night early bird dance and the Sunday night after-party dance) are open to the public

These are the at-the-door prices. Early-bird pricing ended February 1st.
- Full weekend: $145
- Capital Swing Club Members: $135 (must be a current Capital Swing Club member; membership needed to be effective by 2/1/2012)
- Juniors: $75
- International (overseas): $115
- Students: $115 (18-24 with valid/current school ID required)
